Freak show owner wants five-legged dog – CharlotteObserver.com

First I have to say I was a bit sad to see the taco bell dog has pass away but she lived a long life in dog years . She was fifteen years old. I also am sick to my stomach about this creep that dismember a little boy dog.  Sad story about a beloved dog

I hope the lady in link story of the five legged dog is able to keep her and hopefully able to have the surgery. Such a beautiful dog and having the surgery will give her a chance to better life.

“First Family dog makes his debut and he well loved”

Who let the dog out?

That’s the Washington mystery du jour.

The identity of the first puppy — the one that the Washington press corps has been yelping about for months, the one President Obama has seemed to delight in dropping hints about — leaked out yesterday. This despite White House efforts to delay the news until the big debut planned for Tuesday afternoon.

The little guy is a 6-month-old Portuguese water dog given to the Obama girls as a gift by that Portuguese water dog-lovin’ senator himself, Edward M. Kennedy of Massachusetts. The girls named it Bo — and let it be noted that you learned that here first. Malia and Sasha chose the name, because their cousins have a cat named Bo and because first lady Michelle Obama’s father was nicknamed Diddley, a source said. (Get it? Bo . . . Diddley?)

Bo’s a handsome little guy. Well suited for formal occasions at the White House, he’s got tuxedo-black fur, with a white chest, white paws and a rakish white goatee.

Clearly, the identity of the dog was information too big to contain. A mysterious Web site called http://firstdogcharlie.com published a picture of a Portie yesterday morning, complete with a Q and A with the dog, which it said was originally named Charlie. The celebrity gossip Web site http://TMZ.comlinked to the picture. So much for the big White House unveiling.

For an Obama team that ran a famously tight-knit press operation during last year’s presidential election campaign, it was a sign of how tough it can be to keep a leash on information in Washington.

It’s not for lack of trying, though. Bo’s story starts sometime around the Ides of March. Word on the street was that the White House was going to plant a vegetable garden. Health gurus had been pushing the Obamas to plant seedlings for months, hoping it would set a good example for children everywhere.

A Washington Post food reporter was making calls, probing, pushing. But the White House was mum. Word filtered out that the exclusive had been promised to the New York Times. But the White House offered The Post, the newspaper that cracked Watergate, a mollifier: A puppy exclusive.

First Merry Christmas to everyone! and A cheers to A very Properous New Year!

I am up at four in the morning! Why I wonder?

I had so much fun with my cousin last Friday and through the weekend. I took a train for the first time to visit her. It was a very smooth and enjoyable ride to Winston Salem.  I just read my book the whole time.

The book was named “Chasing Harry Winston” By Lauren Weisenberger. The same author of the New York Times Best Seller and favorite movie of mine “Devil wear Prada”.

Chasing Harry Winston was such a great book and great charaters, this book also taught me alot of lessons about love and relationships.

Once I arrived in  Winston Salem I met my cousin and we went out to eat at the “Outback Steakhouse” and ate delicious Chicken sandwich.  We had the bloomin onions for a appetizer , My cousin had grill chicken filet . We both had sweet tea. We were so excited to see each other that we left the takeout box with the leftover appetizer and the rest of my cousin meal. LOL.

Afterwards we went to see the Very touching  and Beautiful movie “Seven Pounds”, Directed and Produced by the very talented and gorgeous actor Will Smith, He should definitely win a Oscar for this role. He was also the lead actor along with actress Rorsio Dawson, Also in the movie were actors Woody Harrelson and Michael Ealy.

That Saturday we went to the “Hanes Mall” and” TGI Friday”  while there I had a great meal that I can’t remember the name of right now ,but it was good.

Went to The movies again to see” The day the earth stood still”,that was a very action pack movie . In the movie were from the Matrix series  Kaneu Reeves and Will Smith talented son Jaden Smith . Also actress Jennifer Connely

Before we did all that we went  to” I hop” for breakfast where both ate pancakes with bananas.

Sunday we went to the 8:00am service at the “CME Methodist  church” after that we went to breakfast the restaurant called biscuit ville and I got a sausage and egg biscuit alone with some grits. That afternoon we went to “Applebees”. I got the chicken sandwich there .

My cousin had a very nice apartment and with a very safe neighborhood. She is doing really well in her career. I am proud of Her.

That evening I took the train to go home and started reading a new book named “Marley and Me”. I can’t wait to see the movie .
